- Visit your nearest BISP office.
- Take with you,your national identity card,household electricity bill etc.

- After this,office representative will issue you a token.
- After getting token,wait for while.
- Then you will call in the computer room.
- There you will be asked some question about your household,income,profession etc.
- After these steps,you will receive a confermation message.
