• Pakistan Nationality: women must possess a valid CNIC Card.
• PMT Score less Than 32: Families with a PMT score below 32%.
• No Passport: women with passport will not be eligible

• Widows: Women whose husbands have died.
• Divorced Ladies: divorced women are also eligible for 13500.
• Vulnerable Financial Status: She must not possess any property at her name.
• Pregnant Women: Women who are expecting a baby are also eligible to apply.
