- Punjab Permanent Resident

- No previous loans availed through other government programs
If you have already benefited from a loan of any other government scheme then you are not eligible for this particular scheme.
- Single Proprietor
Applicant should be the owner of small business. This will target the loan to the single proprietors.
When will registrations begin
The Punjab government has not declared the date for registration to the Karobar Card so far. However, registration is going to start in January 2025. One month after the completion of registration, loan disbursements will start.
