The registration process for Punjab Livestock Card has started online and also through the identity card in the nearby veterinary hospitals. However, only those livestock farmers who meet all the eligibility criteria can register under this scheme and get subsidized commodities and animals through the card. Once the farmers are registered under this scheme, they will get their first installment in a month, and after four months they will have to repay their payments.
Registration can be done through an online application downloaded from the Play Store or one can also register through SMS on 8070. Moreover, if the livestock farmers are unable to contact any of these methods, they can also choose the third method which is going to the nearest Tehsil Veterinary Hospital with its forts.

To register for Punjab Livestock Card Scheme, an applicant has to follow the given procedure
- First of all, type PCL <space> Identification Number.
- Then send it via SMS to 8070.
- And complete your registration now.
- Registration through nearby Tehsil Veterinary Hospitals
Visit the nearest Veterinary Hospital in your district. - Take your animals with you,
- Tell them to register your animal for Punjab Livestock Card.
- They will register you through 9211 system.
